QualifyDataCompanies with fewer than 20 people working at desks, fewer than 3 years of records, or work that left almost nothing in writing. Staffing firms, defense work, cannabis, and franchise locations are not a fit for this program. Some fields qualify smaller — healthcare and dental, law, accounting and tax, and finance can fit at 10 or more desk staff.
Fit is the first question worth answering honestly, because it saves everyone time. This page sets out who the program is not built for, who it is built for, and the fields where a smaller team still qualifies.
The general fit is a business that has run for 3 or more years, with 20 or more people working at desks, in the US, Canada, the UK or Australia. Five or more software systems in the stack is a strong archive. The AI companies make the final call on fit — these are the published standards, and the five-minute check applies them to your company.
Because the records in those fields are dense. A healthcare practice, a law firm or an accounting firm produces more written work per person than a larger company in a thinner field — case files, client records, engagement history. Where each desk leaves a thicker trail, fewer desks can still make an archive worth licensing.
There is nothing to license. If the accounts lapsed and the data was deleted, the archive is gone — which is why owners of closed companies are measured at their peak, and why the order that protects them is license first, cancel after. The same applies to signing authority: if nobody has clear authority to license the records, that gets settled first, or the conversation stops there.
No cost. No commitment. No logins, no records handed over — just a few questions about the size of your archive.
We never touch or access your data. Not during the intake, not during the export, not ever. Your records go straight from your systems to the AI company you sign with — we are never in that chain.
And your business never pays anything.
