QualifyData

Never. We never touch or access your data — not during the intake, not during the export, not ever. The intake covers counts and sizes only. Your records go straight from your systems to the AI company you sign with. We are never in that chain.

Does QualifyData see or handle my data?

This is the worry question — the one owners ask before the money question, and the one this whole process is built around. This page goes through the mechanics: what we see on the intake call, who handles the records at each step, and what the people building AI systems actually receive.

What do we see during the intake?

Counts and sizes, and nothing else. On the intake call, your team shares a screen or fills in a sizing sheet — system by system, how many records there are and how far back they go. We never open a record. Nobody on our side receives a login to anything of yours, at the intake or at any other step. No step in the process asks for one.

Then who handles the records?

Your team runs the export, with help through every step — typically 5 to 10 business days. The copy goes straight from your systems to the AI company you signed with. The only place that ever sees the raw copy is that buyer's cleaning process. Your originals never move, and they never change.

What do the AI developers actually see?

The cleaned version, and only the cleaned version. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and street addresses are replaced — a person becomes "Person 01." Dates are generalized. Card numbers, bank numbers and anything about minors are removed entirely. Medical records take a stricter path still, with a privacy partner and certified de-identification. You can ask to see a cleaned sample before the process is final — the same view a developer would get.
