What a buyer can and cannot do with the cleaned copy is set by the license you sign — the term, the purpose and the limits are in that agreement, and your attorney reviews it before you sign anything. Nothing moves until the license is right.

Can AI companies resell my data?

It is the right question to ask before any license is signed, and the honest answer is not a yes or a no from us. It lives in a document you control. This page explains where the answer sits, and when you get to shape it.

Who sets the limits?

The license does — and you sign it directly with the AI company that made the offer, not with us. The agreement lists exactly which systems and which years are in and which are out, and it sets the term, the purpose and the limits on the cleaned copy. Our job is to get your archive in front of the buyers and bring you the best offer. The signature at the end is yours.

What is there to resell?

Less than owners picture. What a buyer holds is the cleaned copy: names, email addresses, phone numbers and street addresses replaced — a person becomes “Person 01” — dates generalized, and card numbers, bank numbers and anything about minors removed entirely. The un-cleaned copy is destroyed on a schedule set in your license. What remains is the cleaned version, licensed for the term you agreed to.

When is the moment to object?

Before you sign. Your attorney reviews the agreement before anything moves, and the written offer arrives before you are asked to sign the license — so the terms are on paper while you can still change them or walk away. If a term is not one you can live with, that is the time to say so.

The disclosure, in plain sight

We never touch or access your data. Not during the intake, not during the export, not ever. Your records go straight from your systems to the AI company you sign with — we are never in that chain.

And your business never pays anything.
