Privacy Policy
QualifyData ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our website and services.

Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact information — name, email address, and company name.
- Business information — the sizing details you enter in our estimator or share on a call: how many people work at desks, how many years of records you hold, and which software systems your work runs through. Counts and sizes only.
- Communications — any messages or inquiries you send us.
Information automatically collected
- Usage data — pages visited, time spent on the site, browser type, and device information, measured with Google Analytics.
- Cookies — small data files stored on your device to run the site and measure its use.
- Visitor identification — we use a third-party service (RB2B) that can identify the business a website visit comes from, using the visit's IP address and cookies. Where a match is available, we may also receive the visitor's name, work email address, job title, and employer, so that we can follow up about our services. If you do not want to be identified this way, contact us at the email below and we will exclude you.
Your company records
QualifyData never receives, accesses, or stores your company's business records. The estimator, the intake process, and this website ask for counts and sizes only — never records, documents, or logins. If you license your archive, your records go directly from your own systems to the AI company you sign with.

Data security
- Secure HTTPS encryption on all pages.

- Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect our rights.
